Prostate Cancer Screening, Who and How?

Seeking prostate cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers of men lost to the disease!

Attitudes and recommendations for prostate cancer screening have changed a lot over the past 20 years.  We seek to better understand the impact of this on men who have or had been diagnosed with prostate cancer.  This will help us in knowing how to support better outcomes! Both surveys are confidential.  Your answers will be shared anonymously with the project team.  If you choose to share your telephone and/or email contact information, this will be separated by the project manager and used for the sole purpose of communicating with you about things we learn, and hope to learn from you, about the results of this survey.

If you would like assistance completing the survey, please contact Victor Taylor at (252)617-2537 or Willie Henderson at (910)382-9037 to schedule a time.
